Leadership!

Working with colleagues like Dirk Gilleard I learned that leadership is both an art and a science.

Leadership is about achieving brilliant outcomes by making the right decisions, nurturing, coaching and developing the people you work with, creating a culture of excellence built on strong and dynamic teamwork, serving the needs of children, families and communities and inspiring action to realise a shared and powerful vision for the future.
