Dirk Gilleard and David Dickinson!

I met up with Dirk Gilleard and David Dickinson yesterday.
These two friends and ex-colleagues helped us create Education Leeds; a radically different company which created a unique culture and transformed educational outcomes in Leeds. Their drive, commitment and intelligence built strong, dynamic and powerful relationships with schools and created a school improvement approach built on passionate leadership, beautiful systems and intelligent accountability.
