Nottingham Again!

I am in Nottingham again today helping with their school improvement strategy...

Every authority is facing the same challenges in this new and exciting educational landscape...
How do we create the cooperative and collaborative frameworks within a system with local intelligent accountability. How do we create a team approach which recognises and celebrates everyone's strengths and provides rigorous and challenging support so that every school is striving to become a great school. We know what it takes to build brilliant: leadership, teamwork, a culture of excellence, high expectations, a strong focus on testing and learning and beautiful systems to underpin everything else.
